Rayners installed 4 x Haier Heat Pump Chillers connected together and controlled by a ModBus connection to the site wide BMS.

The chillers run in heating only configuration and provide 45/40 degree water to the under floor manifolds and low temperature hot water radiators around the hospital and apartment blocks.

2-pipe was chosen to allow for the project to be extended as demand increases.
