Rayners installed 4 Heat Pump Chillers connected to a 4-pipe system into the retrofitted Chief Post Office in Dunedin.

Chilled water was chosen due to the lack of room for VRF or Split systems.

The Haier chillers deliver hot and chilled water for building comfort control, as well as allowing for tempering of ventilation air and pre-heat of Domestic Hot Water.
